HOTEL CONSULTING & VALUATION DIVISION ANALYST (SEEKING HOTEL ACCOUNTANTS, REVENUE MANAGERS)

HVS Hospitality Consulting is seeking hotel accountants and revenue managers that are looking to get out of the back office and move into the forefront of the hotel consulting and appraisal industry with a dynamic and collaborative team (Bachelor’s degree required). Those with a passion for finance, marketing, and hotel management are also welcome to apply. With a starting salary of $67,000, this position leads into the associate role (after promotion and raise) that has significant travel and writing and can grow your income considerably, well beyond what is possible by staying in on-site operations for most. The average salary for our consulting staff approaches $100,000 after just a few years of learning this work and becoming exceptional in its delivery. In addition, we fund 100% of the healthcare premium, with nothing deducted from your paycheck for monthly premiums, we provide a 401K match, and other valuable perks are included.

Appraisal Trainee seeking a Supervisor/Mentor

I earned MBA in Finance and have also worked as a Math/English  teacher. This summer, I completed the Appraisal Principals and Procedures (60-hour credit classes). Now, I am busy studying for the 2 Appraisal exams this fall.  I have excellent oral & written communication skills, know grammar well and have been published 5 times as a freelance writer. I am hardworking, detailed oriented and will work over-time to meet team goals.  Seeking Supervisor who is a great teacher, patient and who gives necessary guidance/training and feedback, so  I can complete the (1,500 required hours) to earn license.
